Machine introduction 

AYFM-16.00 full-automatic high-speed reel laminator is our latest product, for water-soluble roll-to-roll laminating. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC centralized control and man-machine Interactive Operation Interface, which can realize the full-line automation of feeding, laminating and rewinding. Improve the speed of film mulching while ensuring the quality of film mulching and Control Energy consumption. The unwinding part adopts non-shaft clamping, hydraulic lifting mode, equipped with visual ultrasonic sensor and deviation correction controller, to ensure the paper tidiness in the process of unwinding.

Configuration and functionality:

1. AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED UNWINDING MECHANISM:

Adopt non-shaft clamping, hydraulic lifting mode, the maximum unwinding diameter 1300mm.

2. HIGH PRECISION DEVIATION CORRECTION SYSTEM：

Equipped with visual ultrasonic sensor and deviation correction controller, photoelectric tracking/edge tracking or tracking/trip±75mm, tension is self-controlled by the system.

3.AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC SYSTEM：

The hydraulic system automatically provides a stable high pressure to ensure the quality of the overlay.

4.HUMAN-COMPUTER INTERACTION SYSTEM:

7-inch color touch screen for easy operation. The operator can view the working status of the machine at any time from the touch screen.

5. AIR EXPANSION SHAFT AND TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM:

The use of inflatable shaft, easy to load the film, through the scale of the inflatable shaft to accurately position the film. At the same time, the intelligent tension adjustment system is easy to control the tension of the film and improve the lamination effect.

6.WINDING SYSTEM:

Ac vector frequency conversion control, in conjunction with the unwinding system, while equipped with torque adjustment system, air expansion shaft winding, the maximum winding diameter of 1300mm.
