Machine introduction

AYFM-1600 automatic high-speed roll laminating machine is the latest product produced by our company, aiming at roll-to-roll laminating of precoated film. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC centralized control and man-machine interactive operation interface, which can realize the whole automation of roll feeding, film coating and winding. Improve the speed of film coating while ensuring the quality of film coating and controlling energy consumption. The unreeling part adopts shaftless clamping and hydraulic lifting mode, and is equipped with CCD vision sensor and deviation correction controller to ensure the neatness of paper in the unreeling process.

Configuration and function:

1. automatic high-speed unreeling mechanism: shaftless clamping and hydraulic lifting are adopted, and the tension is controlled manually/automatically by air brake, with the maximum unreeling diameter of 1300mm.

2. High-precision deviation correction system: equipped with CCD vision sensor and deviation correction controller, with photoelectric tracking/edge-following or line-following/travel ±75mm, and the tension is independently controlled by the system.

3. Automatic stop protection system: It is equipped with automatic control stop protection system, which can automatically stop when there are broken sheets, paper shortage and paper overlap to protect the machine.

4. Heating and drying system: It can realize high-speed start-up and heating within 10~15 minutes, and at the same time, heat recycling can save a lot of energy consumption.

5. Automatic hydraulic system: The hydraulic system automatically provides stable high pressure to ensure the covering quality.

6. Man-machine interaction system: 7-inch color touch screen is adopted, which is easy to operate. Operators can check the working status of the machine from the touch screen at any time.

7. inflatable shaft and tension control system: inflatable shaft is adopted, which is easy to load the film, and the film is accurately positioned by the scale of inflatable shaft. Meanwhile, the intelligent tension adjustment system is easy to control the tension of the film and improve the film coating effect.

8. Winding system: AC vector frequency conversion control is adopted, which is matched with the unwinding system. The paper roll lifting is driven by double hydraulic cylinders. At the same time, it is equipped with torque adjustment system and inflatable shaft for winding. The maximum winding diameter is 1300 mm.
